Agreement to these terms

By using this website or the NET IPTV player application you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the application.

The service we provide

NET IPTV supplies player software, setup guides and technical support. We are not a broadcaster and we do not provide, host or distribute television channels or streams. The channel list used inside the player is supplied by the user or by a provider chosen by the user.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site or the player to break any law, including copyright and licensing rules that apply where you live.
  • Do not attempt to copy, resell, sub-license or redistribute the player software or an activation code.
  • Do not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to distribute malware.
  • Do not submit content you do not hold the rights to.

Activation and devices

An activation is tied to a single device MAC address and is intended for personal use on that device. Moving an activation to another device is possible only with help from support. Attempting to share, clone or resell a code may result in the activation being revoked without refund.

Payments

Prices are shown on the ordering page and are payable through the payment provider offered there. Digital products and activations are delivered electronically. Because the product is delivered immediately, refunds are considered case by case; where a device turns out to be incompatible, contact support before purchasing and we will say so honestly.

Intellectual property

The text, guides, layout and player software on this site belong to NET IPTV or are used with permission. Trademarks belonging to other companies, such as Firestick, Android TV, Roku, Samsung, LG, Apple and Microsoft, remain the property of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Limitation of liability

The site and the guides are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NET IPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, from third-party sources loaded into the player, or from changes made by other companies to their devices, app stores or firmware.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
