Reporting copyright infringement

This DMCA policy explains how to send a copyright takedown notice concerning material on this website, and how we respond. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect visitors to do the same.

What you should know first

NET IPTV publishes player software and written setup guides. We do not host, provide or distribute television channels, films or streams, and no channel list or video content is stored on this domain. If your complaint concerns content hosted by a third-party provider or played through a user’s own playlist, that content is not on our servers and is not something this notice can remove.

What a valid notice must contain

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact URL on this website where the allegedly infringing material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

How to submit it

Send the notice to the address given on the contact page with the subject line “DMCA notice”. Incomplete notices cannot be processed because we are not able to identify the material you mean or verify your authority to act.

What happens next

Valid notices are reviewed promptly. If the material is on this website and the notice is complete, the material is removed or disabled while the claim is assessed, and the person who submitted it may be notified. If a removal was mistaken, a counter-notification containing the same level of detail can be sent and will be considered in the same way.

Repeat infringers

Accounts and contributors who repeatedly upload infringing material are blocked from submitting content to this site.
