NET IPTV activation is the step that turns a freshly installed player into a working channel list. On this page you order the lifetime app + playlist plan, and what you receive in return is an activation code plus the connection details your player needs.

The whole process normally takes a few minutes. Here is the exact order of events:

1. Order the plan. Complete the payment on this page — you do not need an account.
2. Receive your code. Send us your device MAC address (or your email) with the payment reference and we reply with your NET IPTV activation code.
3. Open the player. Launch NET IPTV Player and go to Settings → Activation (on some builds it is called Device info or About).
4. Enter the code. Type the code exactly as it was sent, including every dash, then confirm.
5. Restart the app. Close the player completely and open it again so it reloads the channel list and the EPG.

Where to find your MAC address

Almost every activation problem is really an addressing problem. Open the player, go to Settings → Device info and write down the MAC address shown on screen. It looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. Send that value — not your phone’s MAC, not your router’s MAC — and activation is immediate.

If you use Xtream Codes or an M3U login instead of MAC activation, you do not need an activation code at all: add your playlist in the player and the channels load straight away. The playlist guide walks through both methods.

Activation not working? Check these first

• Code rejected: re-type it manually instead of copying — hidden characters are the usual cause.
• Player still shows “not active”: restart the app; the licence is checked on launch.
• Channels load but the guide is empty: that is an EPG problem, not an activation problem — see EPG not working.
• Wrong device: an activation is tied to one MAC address, so it cannot be reused on a second box. Contact support to move it.

How long does activation take? Usually under 15 minutes during support hours, and never more than one working day.

Do I need a playlist as well as the code? No. The lifetime plan already includes the channel list; a playlist is only necessary if you want to add your own provider.

Can I activate more than one device? Yes — each device needs its own activation. Order one plan per device you want to use.

What if the code never arrives? Message us on WhatsApp with your payment reference and the device MAC address and support will resend it.
